DESCRIPTION: EpoxyGarage 100C Premier Service Low Viscosity is a 100% solids low viscosity epoxy specially formulated to be used as a non-blushing primer or in a wide range of flooring systems. This ultra clear resin is ideally suited for use as a high build coating, metallic flooring systems, decorative flake systems, and color quartz floor systems.

SURFACE PREPARATION: A fine to medium shot blast or grinder is suggested for ultimate adhesion. Make sure concrete is completely cured and no moisture is in concrete. Surface must be clean, dry and free from dirt, oil, grease, wax or other impurities. If surface has been stained, surface must be sanded with 120 grit sandpaper for adhesion to occur.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Measure by volume. Mix 2 parts of Part A to 1 part of Part B in clean, dry mixing container that is twice the volume of the epoxy being mixed. The two component A&B must be stirred and mixed thoroughly, making sure that the bottom and sides of the mixing container are well scraped during mixing. Under mixing will result in soft spots in the finish. Use a variable speed mixer for a slow, steady mix. Mix slow and be careful to not to introduce any air into the mix.

POT LIFE: The pot life of this product depends greatly on the amount being mixed. If you mix 64 ounces or less, you can expect a pot life of 30+ minutes. Mixing a volume of 64-128 oz you can expect a pot life of about 20 minutes. Please note that once the epoxy is thoroughly mixed it should be poured out on to the surface being sealed. Your floor time is 46-60 minutes.

COVERAGE: 50-200 sq.ft. per gallon 7-40mLs. Coverage varies due to surface, application methods and thickness.
